Warranty:

Our warranty will cover items that are damaged due to defects in manufacturing only, due to the nature of archery items can and will break over time. Arrows that are mis-used or damaged do to shooting at targets that are made from a solid material will not be covered under any warranty. If you have a question about the warranty of a specific item please feel free to contact us.

Arrows carry no warranty for breakage,splitting,cracking etc. We guarantee them to be free from defects upon receipt only.We use only the best Port Orford Cedar shafts available and take pride in building high quality medieval arrows.Buyers should note that wood arrows over time will wear and even fail, They are not like carbon arrow shafts, They are a natural wood product and as such can and will wear out and fail over time.

Medieval points are not to be used on solid targets, even though they are strong steel they can become warped from repeated firing at solid targets.

Bows come with a 90 day warranty against defects, this does not apply to bows that have been mis-used, dropped, strung incorrectly etc. Any bow sent in for warranty will be inspected first before a warranty replacement will be shipped, If we determine that the bow was damaged due to improper use or stringing the warranty will not be honored.

Arrow color information: We use only one color and brand of wood stain for arrows, Please note that Port Orford Cedar will not always accept stain/color  exactly the same as the next arrow, This is due to the fact that wood is a natural product. We have no control over this as the stain we use allows for alot of the natural color of the wood to show and is not paint but stain.
